Unique top loading mode
Allows simultaneous loading and unloading without interference. More than one load of laundry can be pre-stored, providing continuous loading with the fastest load time of about 1 minute. The three-stage speed differential distributes and disperses laundry for smooth loading of large items without clogging. Maximizes the use of production space, reduces labor intensity and speeds up the loading process, thereby increasing work efficiency.
Nominal load of dry laundry
Designed with an extra large diameter loading drum opening, with a rear loading angle of ≥25 degrees and a forward discharge angle of ≥21 degrees. Adopts dry material fast loading technology (no flushing water in the loading hopper) and internal drum spray structure to prevent water leakage and keep the working environment clean. The hopper remains in a fixed direction with pneumatic drive, without the need for positioning.
Modular combination for specialized washing
Provides flexible configuration depending on the customer's space, allowing the use of dedicated machines for specific laundry needs, avoiding mixed washes and optimizing space utilization. This ensures categorical washing of different types and colors of laundry, resulting in precise and thorough cleaning. Automatic discharge and whipping function
Equipped with an automatic whipping function, which eliminates manual intervention during unloading, which speeds up the process. The floating door design, driven by pneumatic cylinders, and direct push seal design ensure low failure rates when the door opens and closes automatically. Features a unique air loop design that maintains the cylinder position in the event of a sudden power outage or air hose rupture, preventing damage and malfunction.
Smart, efficient and energy saving
High level of intelligence to improve work efficiency, reduce labor intensity and save labor. The shuttle car uses binary coding for precise and reliable positioning, preventing failures. It intelligently detects the distance to a position and automatically adjusts speed and braking for precise positioning. The L-shaped shuttle design increases the clearance and lifting capacity between the cage and the shuttle, resulting in freer unloading. The automatic distribution function prevents laundry from sticking together, ensuring that the dryer feeds laundry efficiently.
