The Importance of Water Temperature in Industrial Washing Machines

Release Date:2024.05.04

Unlike household washing machines, the water temperature in industrial washing machines has a significant impact on the quality of fabric washing. This is specifically reflected in the following four aspects:

  1. Enhanced Detergent Solubility: Higher water temperatures increase the solubility of detergents, resulting in a higher concentration of the washing solution, which enhances cleaning power.
  2. Improved Solubilization Capacity: Higher temperatures boost the solubilization capacity of the washing solution, thereby strengthening its ability to dissolve dirt.
  3. Increased Emulsification: Elevated water temperatures enhance the emulsifying action of the washing solution. This means that general dirt can be quickly emulsified and separated from the fabric surface under the influence of a high-concentration washing solution.
  4. Faster Molecular Movement: As the washing temperature rises, both dirt and fabric are heated, accelerating the movement of their molecules. This reduces the adhesion strength between dirt and fabric, and with the help of surfactants in the high-concentration washing solution, dirt can easily detach from the fabric.
